Newly developed wooden dome carbon diaphragm
By combining a 50 μm wooden dome, precision-shaved from birch—known for its fast sound propagation and excellent vibration damping—with a carbon-coated PET diaphragm, this design achieves an ideal balance of properties:
controlled flexibility around the diaphragm’s outer edge and increased rigidity at the central dome.
The result is beautiful resonance and highly detailed, expressive sound reproduction.
A Luxurious Finish Inspired by Musical Instruments
Japanese maple is primarily used for headphone housings and wooden stabilizers, meticulously carved from solid wood.
Following the theme of “musical instruments that produce sound,” both the headphone body and the stabilizer are finished using traditional Japanese lacquer techniques commonly employed in musical instruments.
A detachable cable design with MMCX connectors
The cable is separated from the main body of the headphones. This allows greater flexibility in the internal acoustic design of the headphones, enabling precise adjustments of the shape down to 0.1 mm, and fully pursuing optimal sound quality.
The high-energy magnetic circuit
The high-energy magnetic circuit provides strong driving force while significantly improving drive linearity for faithful reproduction of the original sound. The lightweight CCAW voice coil helps enhance acoustic efficiency and improves the diaphragm’s precise amplitude control.
Spiral Dot+ Earpiece
The concave points on the inner wall of the earpiece effectively address sound quality degradation caused by wave diffusion and reflection, controlling the muddiness resulting from internal reflections and diffusion, and delivering a pure listening experience. This is the concept behind the Spiral Concave Silicone Earbuds. The earbuds included with this model are an improved version of this design—the new Spiral Concave+ (Plus version), optimized in both material and shape.
High-strength stainless steel sound guide tube
By using a high-strength stainless steel sound guide tube, unwanted noise is eliminated, delivering high-resolution, pure sound. In addition, a sound purifier is incorporated within the dot-structured diffusion elements, and the layout and size of the dots are optimized to enhance resolution and achieve natural sound diffusion.
